Supervision of all peripherals (modems, printers, etc.). Administration of 3 NOVELL Servers. Trouble shooting, software/hardware updates, and backup concept.

Provided support for all network components, server systems DEC ALPHA server (file and print server through DEC PATHWORKS), 2 WINNT server, IBM AS400, MS EXCHANGE server, TWINFAX server, as well as configuration, soft/hardware updates on all systems & updating/preparing all PC systems for Y2K. Backup concept, wired, repaired various models of printers; administration of user accounts on all systems; and purchase of IT equipment.
