Evaluate profitability for all investment, divestment, construction, tenders and real estate activities for Esso and Mobil service stations in Italy. Budget scope around 140M$ of capital and operating expenditures.

Coordinate the different parts involved (haulers, maintenance companies, dealers), in order to allow the drivers to deliver the fuel to the service station without the dealer on site

Supervisoring an international team of 6 people, responsible for guaranteeing, for the service stations of the 14 European affiliates: stock replenishment, completition of planned deliveries, optimization of transportation' costs, respect of the service level agreement established for the fuel deliveries

Responsible for testing in order to ensure that the operational logistic problems are manageable with SAP R/3, SD module, for Delivery Management area of English and Italian affiliates, for training to end users and to prepare the cut-over and the start up, concentrating on automatic replenishment part (ASR/TDO interface).

Responsible for collecting fuels' orders, for planning the deliveries, taking in account restocking problems (product's run outs in the terminal, high demand, foresee exceptional sales, strikes); contact with haulers to ensure completion of what has been scheduled; customers' service assistance.

Worked in Telecom where I studied the informatics systems used in HR department, in order to personalize and implement SAP R/3
