Before having any application packed for remote deploying ( like RADIA ), I was testing and preparing the application before and after the packaging. In the end of the tests, we publish it so that It may be installed onto employee's computer without causing any damage. After a deployment of any application package, in case of any incident, I was in 2nd and 3rd line support. This includes repairing the application misbehavior or networking problems which involves deep troubleshooting.
