About me

Who am I?

 
I am an American citizen who has lived and worked in Europe since the mid-70's. In the meantime, I've left the active advertising arena, started my own company, and moved from the faster pace of downtown Dusseldorf to live in a picturesque historic village in the Sauerland region of the country. I divide my time between my immediate family and work in Europe, and nurturing a growing client base in the Greater Philadelphia area, where much of my extended family reside.
 
From my home office and on-site, I provide executive and career coaching services in the form of individual (incl. telephone) coaching sessions, professional coaching circles, and a coaching hotline via my company, CREATING TOMORROW: The Leadership Consultancy.

In addition to my 1-on-1 work with individuals and in-house corporate work, I augment the practice-oriented impact of my live Authentic Presentation Personality™ workshops with teleseminars highlighting the theory and psychology of successful presentations.
 
All services are offered in English or in German upon request. Phone coaching sessions and teleseminars are available to interested parties throughout Europe and the USA.
 
I has more than 25 years of experience working in management training and development as well as the communications industry in Germany. Following my studies in Strasbourg (France) and Heidelberg and Goettingen (Germany), I successfully managed several internationally-known blue chip brands for both national and global advertising clients. My talents as an intercultural facilitator, as well as an enthusiastic - and persuasive - speaker and presenter quickly became my calling card.
 
As Head of Human Resources Development for the same Top 5 advertising network, I was responsible for the inhouse training center, spearheaded an award-winning development program for young talent, and successfully established myself as a communications and leadership trainer.
 
My success record within that European network, as well as my personal desire to dedicate more of my time to further developing new and innovative leadership and communication topics, served as motivation for me to establish myself as a self-employed executive coach, consultant and trainer in 2005.
 
My mission has taken me from Germany to Bulgaria and Turkey, and to the Netherlands and Russia, where I have enthused both large and small audiences with my intuitive knowledge, experience, vibrancy and commitment. Most of all, however, I continue to energize people in my quest to facilitate anyone looking to bring out the best in themselves through a lifelong commitment to learning.
