Immediately challenged with critical process quality and throughput issues. Hired and developed 6-person engineering staff to address operations challenges and train workforce.

Turned plant around by increasing revenue stream, accelerating production growth, and advocating quality culture. Guided 21 staff and leadership team in manufacture of jet engine bearings.

Engineering, EHS, and Maintenance Mgr Brought into organization to realign structure and mission of maintenance. Subsequently mitigated significant EHS liabilities and updated production process & facility technologies. Directed staff of 150.

Justified, engineered, and implemented next-generation technology for production process, environmental control, and facility needs. Face-to-face contact with environmental and OHSA authorities. Supervised production staff of 130+ in production and maintenance.

12 reports in 500 person new plant start-up. Reduced $2M+ annually in production losses. Earned recognition for developing reports from bottom 25% to top 25% in forced performance ranking in business unit.
