• Contacting senior level decision makers from major international companies worldwide, selling them the opportunity of entertaining their most valued customers and executives at sports events such as Formula 1 Grand Prix, UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Euro 2012, Summer Olympic Games 2012.

• Responsible for identifying potential new agents, signing them up as partners of the company and providing complete set-up and training process; developing strong relationships with agents to ensure long term loyalty to the company; completing and submitting weekly reports to direct manager in the areas of business development, competition intelligence, transactions volume by agent and expansion efforts

• Responsible for answering questions for Apple customers and partners from Germany, Austria, Switzerland via the telephone addressing both hardware and software related issues • After 6 months, due to the constant good results, I was promoted to the 2nd level support team, where additional duties included assisting 1st level support team members, offering constant feedback and guidance to them and maintaining communication with the engineering department, in order to solve more complex issues
