• Responsible for Global Income collection for the payout process related to Long-Term Investment plans for executives. • Assisted in regular Global Mobility process including preparation of cost-estimations, drafting assignment letters, social security registrations and expat payroll related applications at German tax authorities.

Good understanding of different international assignments, expertise in calculating cost-projections and social security for the expats, streamlined reimbursement process and online registration process for social security of expats, assisted inbounds onboarding with important updates, coordinated with external relocation providers for smooth relocation of expats, coordinated with immigration, payroll and tax experts within the company to consult the expats.

Coordinated and aligned with the stakeholders (HR, Business Head, Counterparts etc.) for the delegation process, monitored delegations, supported end to end delegation process, conducted delegation briefings, prepared income calculations, assisted expats related to immigration and relocation services, negotiated, contacted service providers for relocation services and tax service provider, prepared delegation concepts.

Conducted tax briefings, determined tax and interest liability based on residential status, prepared advisory memos on compensation structuring/ restructuring, prepared and reviewed hypothetical tax statements and reconciliation of taxes, assisted in preparation of updates and articles during budget release, prepared and reviewed withholding-tax returns, prepared and reviewed India income-tax returns involving double taxation issues, assisted assignees with assessment orders from Income Tax Department.
