Supervision of full vehicle model validation in comparison with physical crash tests >> Managed and coordinated the full vehicle CAE model-building of Ford Fiesta MCA and Ford B-Max for crash analysis. Validated the full vehicle CAE models with crash tests.

Responsible for structural analysis, development, and optimisation of structural vehicle components for the leading provider of armoured wheeled and tracked vehicles in Europe >> Initiated and supervised the development of an advanced mine-resistant seat support. Achieved a weight reduction of 60% as compared to the previous design while reducing manufacturing costs by estimated 6% (€350000). Supervised a staff of 2-4 draughtsmen.
