Overseeing the Group internal audit activities, processes and practices in countries of ProCredit operations. Recommend changes and improve the existing Audit policy, Follow up manual, Annual audit planing procedure, Audit methodology. Manage a team of audit-coordinators including IT audit coordinator, reviewing their works and providing guidance.

General consulting of the bank in the area of implementation of the group SME business strategy. Defining the client profile for business and private clients. Revising the product definition in order to meet the client´s needs. Training for front office staff on acquisition and customer care. Advising on the restructuring strategy and its implementation. Coordination of the implementation of the credit risk policies. Advising in optimisation of the organisational structure.

Responsible for general management of the bank, develop bank's strategy and overseeing its implementation. Implementing good corporate governance practices. Directly responsible for Finance, HR, IT, Risk controlling, Credit risk . Approval limit 1 million EURO.
