Today I am working as project manager in an 80 Million Euro project, being responsible for in-time and in-budget completion of deliverables, customer satisfaction and management of in-house stakeholders. Through a typical process technology career in chemical plant engineering, I discovered that - although process remains my area of technical expertise - my main talent is in managing and coordination in diverse and multi-national environments. Therefore I extended my area of responsibility first to management of all engineering disciplines and then to project management, also including commercial, procurement and construction.
