Designed a mobile solution for Heidelberg cement that allows users to generate possible sales leads Led the team as Scrum master. Positive feedback from client, SAP executives, and mentors. The team was also invited to present to executives in Heidelberg Cement headquarters last January, 2019. This is in fulfillment of IS 613 (Applied Project in Design Thinking and Lean Software Development) in Mannheim University in partnership with SAP.

Developed a strategic marketing plan from deep-dive analysis and interpretation of market research data from Kantar Millward Brown, Nielsen retail data, sales data, brand and retail audit data for Chupa Chups. Presented analysis, actionable insights and recommendations to upper management including brand manager, trade marketing and marketing director.

Interns to Leaders (I2L) Advanced Track. Assisted in developing a framework to automate Nestle's retail compliance audit and store survey which aims to enhance Nestle's brand impact across all categories and maximize ROI in their display investments in the large store format.

Led the design and recommendation of probable changes or enhancements in the existing hardware and software infrastructure of the existing POS systems including the necessary interfaces to third-party applications. Served as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and conducts User Accceptance Testing (UAT) for specified POS technologies that are currently in use, or are to be used, with active involvement in the implementation and eventual management and maintenance of these systems;

•Implemented 5 major IT projects with quality, on-schedule and without negative impact to business by performing all roles with minimal supervision. •Recognized in FY15 program Achievement & Contribution category for quick resolution of SHAH-related incidents and advance completion of assigned SHAH metric reports. •Commended for being a fast-learner and being highly flexible in handling multiple fulfillment requests and changes across several areas (Planning, Ship-to-Cash, gATP, PD, CMF, and Purchasing).

•Led the team as Regional Incident Manager for C-APO DRP EMEA •Successfully implemented Business Warehouse clean-up initiatives for production and test boxes as SAP Business Warehouse SPOC ensuring optimal system performance for both boxes. Zero incidents due to performance issue were reported. •Team contributions include creating IDoc Variants Process documentation, and updating Trace ON reporting and downtime recovery documentation and slides.
