    Though my title was CSR, it encompassed far more than that. Eagle Sports is a division of FulfillPlus Inc. which builds various neoprene products for multiple watersports applications. My role included sales, customer service, repairs, billing, assistance with design, product testing, production management, inventory control, vendor management, competitive analysis and comparison, staff supervision, order processing, fulfillment, web site processing. I was involved in all aspects of the business.

    As an account manager I was responsible for a book of business including 35-45 large group clients, those with between 100 and 1000 employees. I was responsible for retaining the employer sponsored health plans which included, but not limited to, delivering financial renewals and settlements, preparing proposals and financial quotes, handling large, complex or escalated claim issues, designing health plans that effectively meet the desired goals of the client.

    I attended RBC as a pre-seminary student planning to pursue ministry work. During my first year I rapidly fell short of funds to cover the expense of schooling and was forced to leave after just one year. I entered the work force and began working for Blue Cross Blue Shield two years later.
