In the DS8000 System Level Test group, installed Shark microcode, developed and debugged test scenarios, did troubleshooting in the MVS environment, reported test results, executed testing for new product releases and field quality issues. Assisted the development team on DS8000 issues, participated in test execution for all copy services test variations, all z/OS test variations, field recreates, fix verifications on emergency eBuilds/eFixes
As a consultant at the IBM Global Delivery Framework center in East Fishkill in the Account Architecture Integration Services and Data Collection team developed automation of the various data collection that the team does. Did development in REXX, JCL, DB2, ISPF Dialog Management facilities and PL/1 as well as using various IBM Utilities to maintain and develop this automation.

Coding was done in PL/S, PL/AS and 370 Assembler.
