Collaborating with experts in the field at RPTU in Kaiserslautern, for guidance and mentorship during significant periods of internship.

Engineered and deployed Natural Language Processing (NLP) model and database interaction to extract valuable insights from textual data. Tasks included sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and relationship extraction, with results stored in a MySQL database for comprehensive analysis.

Examined in vitro neuronal culture neuronal recordings from multi-electrode arrays (MEAs), revealing network activity patterns and potential insights into synaptic connectivity. Applied numerical analysis techniques on Cloud Veneto infrastructure as well as utilized data visualization tools such as Python and MATLAB to conduct an in-depth investigation into plasticity of neuronal networks, aiming to gain understanding of adaptability and functional changes.

Evaluated expression of wild-type and mutant Kv1.3 channels in CHO cell line, identifying variations in channel activity and behaviour. Performed patch-clamp experiments to record CHO cell line data, resulting in ensuring comprehensive accuracy and precision in data collection.
