Yann Duponchel is a seasoned IT professional with a broad international experience and more than 13 years of experience in Leadership roles, consulting, delivery of services, product development, management of IT infrastructure, and research.

Yann has a well-rounded profile with a broad industry exposure, a good technical understanding, strong analytical skills, and deep understanding of business needs. Yann owns a Master degree in Telecommunication Systems and also completed a short MBA program.

As Head of Online Orchestration for Swisscom, Yann is in charge of implementing the Business Transformation to the Online channel.

Prior to this, Yann held various positions as Delivery Manager, Project and Program Manager, Lead Architect, Product Manager or Research Staff Member at Magento e-Commerce, Optaros, IBM Research or IBM Software Group. During his career, Yann worked on numerous engagements for clients such as Audi, Deutsche Telekom, the European Union, IBM, Merck, NXP (Philips Semiconductors), Puma, Roche, Sonera Telcom, Swisscom, or the VF Group (The North Face, Eastpack, Kipling).
