Key Achievements: Leading right-sizing activities within the organization in 2016 to achieve the defined number of white-collar employees; securing 80% savings regarding labour via designing a drying oven cleaning machine in 2013, and reducing labour expenses 15% by designing a new tobacco feeding/picking lines in 2012.

Planning and overseeing all elements of production, the daily production process, and quality failures to take immediate action; organizing shifts and identifying job responsibilities. Collaborating teams regarding the installation of factory processing lines; maintaining the relationships with suppliers and supporting the procurement activities of technical equipment. Monitoring the performance and efficiency of the production team and operating technical recruitment processes.
