In my work I am driven by the “Customer Centric” approach. 15 years on side of Customers: Managed Service Engineer -> Developer -> Head of IT & Operations (CIO), responsible for Data warehouse formation from scratch 10 years on side of Vendors: Pre-Sales Engineer -> Pre-Sales Manager -> Pre-Sales Solution Architect -> Customer Trusted Advisor Before Vendor’s side I was a leader for a 100+ members Team with responsibilities from Datacenter infrastructure to corporate business platforms like billing systems, ERP, and Data Platform. Technical expertise in DWH, Data Lake, Big Data, ... Internal and external Pre-sales experience, understand ‘Customer’s’ requirements and relevant business processes in order to deliver new capabilities effectively. Experience with developing winning themes and writing technical responses to bids (RFP’s & RFI’s) including future negotiations from Customer/Vendor side. Continuous learning and improving. Present domain is AWS architectures.
