A period of stability in international activity of the group. Consolidated turnover in 2005: €282 Million Reporting to the group’s CFO Responsible for the internal audit to the companies of the group. Consolidation of group’s companies accounts in cooperation with external auditors Implementation of a new system for reporting, planning and control based on the program Business Objects (S.A.P.). Assistance to the group’s CFO in Budgeting, forecasts and monthly financial information.

Eastern Europe becomes PASA’s main market, with Russia at the forehead. The strategic decision is taken to constitute a subsidiary in Moscow, with a factory in Nizhny Novgorod to supply the various CIS markets. PASA turnover in 2001: €140 Million, of which Russia represents €50 Million. Reporting to the company’s General Manager and CFO of the group. Responsible for the direction of all financial economic areas (administrative circuits, internal control, general finance, tax and others). Team 15 HC

Opening of the markets in Eastern Europe and China, PASA opens representative offices and subsidiaries in these areas. Turnover in 1997: €105 Million. Reporting to the company’s General Manager and CFO. Responsible for the development of the Huizhou subsidiary (South-East China) with its own factory, and the creation of branches in Eastern Europe and in Hong Kong, spending up to 50% of the time in these regions. From 1986, Western Africa becomes the main market for PASA switching from an export business to local presence in the market. PASA turnover in 1993: €60 Million. Reporting to the company’s General Manager and CFO of the group. Responsible for the implementation of administrative and finance systems in Western Africa, and working up to 30% of the time in the region. Spanish and International taxation, cooperation and licence distribution agreements, international payment, client credit control. Team 10 HC.

Start export of Gallina Blanca products abroad. PASA turnover in 1986: €20 Million. Reporting to the company’s General Manager and CFO of the group. Responsible for the creation of the new company, and the start up of the new factory for export. Created and implemented all internal systems, in relation with administrative and financial processes, as well as cost control, investments and subventions, Import-export department, Personnel, insurance and taxes. Team department 7 people.

Responsible for budget preparation and cost control
