Engaged in Market Analysis, vendor profiling, vendor selection & sourcing of IT services with companies like IBM, McKinsey, Deloitte, SAP etc. Led the AZ Connect Project (Digital Transformation Process) impacting the OE's to see rate cards on AZ Intranet. Helped in execution of supplier RFIs, RFPs & RFQs including negotiations & contracting. Worked closely on SAP-Ariba integration with SAP (MM & SD). Managed the supplier evaluations using Balance Scorecard & Net Promoters Score.

Streamlined the logistic arrangements & supplies of all oil products i.e. Furnace Fuel Oil, Lube Base Oil, High Speed Diesel, JP-8, PMG & Lubricants. Led the team of nine in cost reduction initiative that reduced labor cost by 12% and overtime by 26%.. Launched APL’s Standard Vehicle Project & New Fleet Brand to enhance APL’s brand image. Achieved reduction in Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of lubricant bottles through agreement with vendors.

Led the implementing SAP-B one and SAP FICO Modules. Coordination with marketing, operations and logistics department for smooth dispatches Implementation of improvements/ controls in existing system. Assisted in Internal Audit. Receivable Management & Billing Followup for Collection & Recovery.

Successfully developed customer promotions, consumer behavior analysis and CRM System. Increased sales by 7% & 22% in the year 2008 and 2009 with the help of effective and efficient supplies & distribution.
