As a Senior Sourcing Recruiter, my tasks included, but were not limited to: - recruiting for open vacancies predominantly in the DACH region - managing the applicants in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - conducting phone screens in English and German language - creating Boolean strings and doing direct sourcing - mentoring of new joiners and junior colleagues

As a state certified German-Hungarian, Hungarian-German freelance translator, I was working together with several private clients and translation agencies. I was also working as a press observer and editor.

As I billingual HR intern, my main tasks included: supporting the Global Mobility team, administrating HR processes in SAP, performing complete Human Capital Management related administrative tasks and having a full understanding of Personnel Administration and Organizational Management.

My tasks included, but were not limited to: - checking the relevant newspapers and magazines on a daily basis and updating the database - managing the internal information processes and improving the quality of these - preparing candidate profiles, excel reports and presentations - conducting research on business sectors and market players

International double master's programme between the Andrassy University of Budapest (International Relations) and the University of Leipzig (European Integration in East Central Europe), which offered me the opportunity to gain knowledge in various fields (politics, economics, law, diplomacy).
