-Design and develop the chamber and related to chamber parts for the etching equipment. 3 CAD and 2 CAD of the mechanical parts and write a technical review. Confirming the design according to required tolerance Make the thermal deformation and Stress analysis using Ansys, Comsol, and Creo. Test the new equip and report it. I had experience designing mechanical parts using SiC, SiO2, Ceramic Coating (AL203+Ti), Y2O3, YF3,YOF, Titanium coating, sappahire etc.
