-Create all Site Quality Documentation for all hydropower scope, agree and implement it across Switzerland, Germany, Austria and Scandinavia. -Identify, follow-up and solve all non-conformance issues -Plan, execute and follow up Site Quality Audits at construction sites worldwide.

-Prepare and implement Standards for the execution of Service inspections on power plant equipment. -Coordinate all non-technical interfaces within and across company. -Conceive and coordinate diverse communication projects to improve Quality and EHS worldwide.

-Generate competitive offers for Field Services at EPC power plants worldwide. -Lead the offer process from RFQ up to Hand-over phase. -Active participation in the development and implementation of worldwide Work Frames / Procedures including the development of new company business model.
