Basis Lead Managing SAP BASIS Administration • Responsible to adhere team member for SLA • Responsible for quarterly releases, System Refresh, upgrade of Kernel • Change request, Support package upgrade, enlarge and resize data file. • Client Administration – client copy, client import export. • Startup & shutdown of the SAP server. • Configured Logon load balancing using SMLG. • Working with dynamic and static parameter. • Customer ticketing tools (Peregrine, ISM and Email).
