VoIP is my area of expertise with proven experience of project management and technical project leadership skills. For many years of my professional experience I've been responsible or actively involved in designing sustainable, expandable VoIP Architectures. I have experience working with Asterisk systems, writing Dialplans and using AGI and AMI. I know enough about basic programming to handle multiple projects with PHP or Python. Working with Kamailio is relevant to my experience. My technical experience includes working with different SBC brands, network components, firewalls and so on. I'm comfortable using Linux as well as working with databases. As a troubleshooter, I'm proficient using a variety of tools including Wireshark for network packet capture, implementing and using Homer for VoIP packet capture, and Sngrep for live SIP packet capture. As well as different monitoring platforms. Thinking outside the box is how I solve problems. I'm always learning.
