• Configuring VIP in F5 for new clients. • Implement and setup Cisco ACI Fabric using Cisco APIC M3 Server (3Nos) & Cisco Nexus 9K Switches (10Nos). • Implement EPG, Contract, Bridge Domain, Vrf, L2ext, L3ext etc in ACI Fabric. • Co-ordinating with ISP team for implementation and troubleshooting of mpls network. • Implement VPC to ensure high resilient and redundant compute infra. • Attach, configure & modify Cisco FEX to extend and expand backend services.

• Providing L2 support for all logged incidents/service requests and escalations. • Managing network devices like Arista switches, Cisco ASR routers, F5 Load balancer. • Configuring VIP with route-domain in F5 for new clients, and network with new vrf and vlan on lan side. • Generating CSR in F5 and provide to client. • Uploading certificate provided by client on VIP as per request. • Configuring VPN based on ivrf and fvrf for each customer. • Configuring BGP and MPLS for Inter-DC communication.

• Providing L3 support for all logged incidents/service requests and escalations. • Monitoring the design, planning, risk assessment, implementation, and documentation of various Network Security Components. • Managing the design, installation, up-gradation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various security devices at remote locations including Cisco ASA , Juniper SRX and checkpoint Firewalls.

• Downtime activity in green zone like : -upgrading Cisco (IOS,IOS-XE,IOS-XR, Nexus OS), GAIA, JUNOS OS , NSM, ASA. -installing patch like hotfix for GAIA OS. • Incident (Severity 1 , Severity 2 and Severity 3) handling like: -high cpu utilization in swiches , routers , firewalls, -high bandwidth utilization on link. -site not reachable. -Adding firewall in SmartDashboard • Sending RCA (root cause analysis) report after the incident to client.

• Responsible for Lab setup that involved Configuring switches ,routers,storage switches ,installing and upgrading of Firmware . • Taking care of network maintenance ,trouble shooting ,security policies .
