- Create documentation for standard operating procedures(SOP) with lean & 6 sigma approach - Analysis & Mapping of logistics processes and documenting working instructions - Quality Management System implementation (ISO 9001) - Conducting Internal audits on Quality and safety - Revising monitoring processes of company and updating Kpi - MTM warehouse analysis and building model to define tarrifs, direct and indirect costs and productivities

• Demand planning, monitoring and raw materials reporting for EMEA plants • Supplier capacity planning, accurate forecasting to suppliers and scouting of new suppliers • Inventory management strategies such as optimizing stock levels and DOH control • Responsible for logistics flow of EMEA plants under optimized lean strategy • Handle purchase orders, track purchases and shipments for assigned suppliers • Relationship building and capacity handling of suppliers • Support quality office in PPAP validation

• Production planning, generating orders and creating DDT • Anaylsis and revision of inventory management procedures in ERP • Implementing KPI regarding warehouse,productivity and product replenishment • Implementing lean tools ,workplace organization,inbound - outbound logistics, material handling • Supplier management and inter-company communication regarding Quality and Operations

Implementing Standard Quality procedures and revision of operative instructions & routine production parameters monitoring reports to analyze Quality and productivity wastes (OEE). • Applied lean six sigma tools to reduce non-added value activities • Risk assessment of plant including machines and equipment in accordance with directives • Preparation of Presentations, updating of technical documentations, support in staff training ,assistance in External audit of suppliers

The first year of masters contained subjects unconventional machining, manufacturing engineering, while the final year was dedicated for management of production systems, quality and risk management, and operations management.

A 3 years bachelor course with 180 credits containing the subjects such as machine design, production managment, risk management and company economics.
