> Reports to the Senior Manager / shutdown lead > Ensure Company Shutdown EHS plan is adhered. > Ensure proper & smooth co-ordination with Safety Officers > Ensure all Personnel Safety training (H2S/BA, PTW, Fire & Safety watches, Security trainings, etc) are completed and necessary valid certificates are available at site > Provide input and support for the safe conduct of work by contractor > Ensures Company PTW procedures & all safety procedures are followed by contractor personnel

Duties and Responsibilities: > Manage all documentation of the department. > Assistance to Main Client Training Coordinator for giving training to workers on different topics. > Check and Review document,formulate checklist and monitor the document for transmittal. > Daily site inspection as part of daily routine. > Assist the Safety Manager for the site Safety requirments to comply as to Safety Standdard.

> To implement Health and Safety standard rules and regulation in all aspects of safety program and ensuring all production activities. > Inspection of equipment’s in the job site to ensure proper safety procedures as per client satisfaction. > To assist the safety manager in coordinates of safety activities. > Coordination with the client’s safety officers regarding safety procedure in the job site. > Reminding all workers that the safety in the best policy and to target zero accident.

> Conducting accident, incident and near miss investigations and reporting recommendations > Site inspection and checking of compliance for HSE standards. > Handling Workers and managing Work with site engineer. > Valuable inputs for framing of related HSE policies and their effective implementation. > Maintaining records of all executed works on day to day basis. > Corrective action on unsafe acts/conditions and reporting. > Conducting daily toolbox talk.

> To assist the Operations Manager in the implementation and maintenance of the OH&S Procedures > Performed basic safety inspections to ensure proper safety equipment is in use. > managing housekeeping operations in the different areas. > Maintained the standards of cleanliness, hygiene, orderliness in the Work Areas.
