Grading Introduction to Probability&Statistics course on a weekly basis.

•Analyzed data of Minnesota employment from 2007 to 2009 using R to find out which sampling method(RCS and PAN) would be the most accurate. •Arranged the data using R to make analysis more efficient. Made the 77,800 observations to 778 observations using categorical data analysis skill. •Communicated with supervisors to discuss the progress of the project and assisted to write summary of the project.

•Held 1:1 meetings with each of 19 students every semester to discuss their progress and adjustment in college life and provided them with campus resource information and advice •Graded 19 students weekly assignment for online class and gave them feedback •Attended bi weekly meeting with other section leaders to share opinions about how to be a better mentor for the first year student.

'Research for Undergraduates Summer Institute of Statistics' at university of Nevada-Reno is supported by National Science Foundation and National Security Agency. This is a 10 week summer program and students in the program will conduct statistical research. •Researched "Stochastic Ordering Constraint among Multiple Survival Functions" with utilizing R and LaTex under Professor Javier Rojo's advice •attended Statfest and shared information with other statistics professionals.
