Construction of a new site with investment of 73 MBRL, receiving system of 350 t/h, shipment of 120 t/h and warehouse of 55 kt. Participation in the project since the scope / layout review, contractors hiring, execution phase until the startup. Responsible for the construction and assembling activities, control of schedule progress, management of investment costs, contractors activities, quality standards, reports preparation and safety. The Project concluded within the approved budget and no accident.

Participation in the project since the feasibility eval., capacity and volumes definition, layouts study, contractors hiring, execution phase until the startup. Project concluded within the approved budget and no accident.

Implementation of Lean Manufacturing (Kainzen) to increase the efficiency of the equipment cleaning process, it was reduced the time by 50%, including ergonomic improvement and employee safety (A3 Problem Solving Tool).

Planning and installation of the assembly line for vehicles components of the PORSCHE automaker. Responsible to develop and plan the logistics operation of the packaging for the components transportation. Test of the assembling line and application of the FMEA system for fault analysis/ records.

Project planning and management in the mining area for company Vale S.A. - manufacture and assembly of ship loader. Control and adjustment of histogram, schedule, application of PMI model. Member of the PMI-OPM3 project management maturity assessment.
