I was a member of the Business Team reporting to the SVP of Operations of the Inkjet Printing Group and CBWP General Manager. I was responsible for the overall operational performance: NPI, cost, quality, delivery manufacturing and distribution of 20M units/year, 900 SKUS, managing teams responsible for Operations Strategy, DfSC, Design Outsourcing and NPI Program Management.

Led the operations team of an internal Graphics Solutions startup based on Edgeline technology, with $3B revenue opportunity. The Edgeline technology was discontinued and LPS was not able to secure the investment funds. I dismantled the team and the operation.
