• Analysed the raw material stocks and delivering solutions in order to increase the inventory turnover. To achieve this goal, close cooperation with the material planning, production planning and purchasing department was necessary. Improved process descriptions were established. • Effective implementation of a MRP system in order to enable stock management. Immediate inventory reduction of around 20 percent.

• Effective increase in warehouse capacity using a different layout and equipment. Close cooperation with the workers as well with the management team and suppliers of equipment resulted in a capacity increase of 25 percent. • Delivering training handbooks and courses in order to explain the new equipment.

• Supervising the production, storage and shipping of the harvest. Organising and hiring the production teams, communicating the targets, controlling the work flow, assuring high quality products, dispatching the goods and regular feedback meetings with the teams to improve work processes.

• Financial advising and maintaining customer relationships involving consultations about savings, payments, investment banking and cost structure analysis for business clients.
