Responsibility for sales in Vodafone Germany Key Account - across projects in Fixed Access, DWDM/OTN, IP and corresponding network management tools - including marketing, CRM, solution definition, sales and life-cycle Project lead for breakthrough and RfX projects for different fixed network solutions

Responsible for developing and marketing of customer-focused end-to-end solutions in the carrier network business group of Huawei, strategic interaction with carrier customers across West Europe, and network consultancy.

Responsible for driving network transformation programs and for the implementation of a strategic, long-term roadmap for networks and technology within Vodafone Germany. Responsible for strategic projects and technical concepts around mobile, fixed, cable and transport networks.

Responsible for development of the access transmission network within Vodafone Germany, and for the engineering of new solutions for the mobile backhaul (IP transformation, microwave, xWDM/SDH, MPLS/Ethernet)

Evaluation of new network technologies, architectures (including impact/business case analyses) related to both the mobile core and access.

Transport protocols (TCP, SCTP, UDP, IPv4/IPv6), network security (IPSec, TLS/SSL, IDS, NIDS, Pen Testing), standardisation (IETF), network technologies (L1-L7), Server administration, hands-on lab design, (network) programming and simulation (C, C++, Perl)
