With over 20 years of experience, I advise German-French and international companies on the implementation of new processes and solutions in the European internal market. European issues, such as the introduction of ViDA (Value Added Tax in the Digital Age), have implications for the national ecosystem. These new guidelines with reporting requirements are to be promptly implemented by the company management. When it comes to technical formats and multichannels, I need to clarify which ones I must support and whether I need to coordinate with my suppliers and customers on these. Should I really outsource this, or is there a smarter way to handle it in-house with our own resources? Can I delay the implementation or perhaps partially implement the reform?
