My role as Team Leader within Keller Williams is a key executive position focused on sales growth, recruiting, training, managing, and growing all the careers of the affiliated licensed real estate agents within the organization as well as in managing the entire leadership team within the office and building strong ongoing consultative and coached relationships with the top agents within the office. I must be successful at casting a big vision and effectively leading the team towards that vision while managing the achievement of critical milestones along the path to the office's success. The TL also has a high capacity with interpersonal relationships and is an inspirational and effective oral and written communicator as well as business coach, mentor, and manager. I have been very successful in the role.
