Started as a developer in the SAP HCM and have been involved in development, design, solution architecture of different applications of HCM namely Over-payment recovery process for US payroll,Data Privacy in ERP HCM, CATS, Time Evaluation, PA, HR authorizations, De-clustering payroll/time results for SAP HANA. In addition to this I have handled different customer escalations related to HR authorizations profile set up.
Started as a Java Developer and worked on developing a Business Dashboard for the aerospace domain in Infosys using Struts Framework, EJB's and Sun Application Server. During my tenure with Infosys i was leading a team of 4 college interns from China.
