Involved in a large-scale project with focus on outsourcing the internal securities settlement to a large Bank. Maintance of mutliple databases. Managing daily Ad-Hoc tasks. Keeping track of the firms digital infrastructure. Overseing and controlling of weekly project progress.

I worked primarily in the Trading Transations Services unit of the Group Services Markets Operations segment. Market making and order routing for various equities and equity derivative instruments in the EMEA region. Moreover, I got involved in the clearing and settlement procedures of various trades. Gained exposure in FX, Fixed income as well as OTC trading activities. Participated in multiple firm internal projects with focus on digitlization, process optimization and firm connectivity.

Main responsibilities were providing various customer support services, providing constant information regarding location of vehicles as well as scheduling cargo deliveries. Moreover, extensive coordination and planning of daily cargo routes by utilization of different computer systems as well correspondence with cargo delivery teams. Clearance of client and business partner inquiries. Support of filing documents for customs clearance.

Main duties consisted of performing various process optimization related administrative tasks while supporting teachers by managing in-class activities and education.

Focus is on Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies provided by HarvardX. The objective is to creatively think about entrepreneurial interventions and apply this thinking to many situations. All cases required a methodical approach starting from the opportunity discovery to the final execution.
