As part of the Product & Service Development (PSD) team in LSGgroup global headquarters, the project involves setting up data management processes and implementing digitization solutions across the group's North American, Latin American, European, Asian Pacific and Emerging Markets regions.

• Managed scheduling, coordination & operations responsibilities for the Stage, Lights & Sound Crew. • Trained a crew of 11 members from 10 different nationalities on how to use and troubleshoot technical equipment for smooth execution of student events. • Facilitated technical equipment during project execution to timely meet event requirements. • Performance periodic analysis to ensure responsivity and customer service for performance

• Created tools to assess digital maturity and readiness of a client company • Drafted proposals and researched content for sales pitch to prospective clients. • Quantified data to statistically display initial findings and suggest valid improvements. • Assisted in training workshop planning for company personnel to initiate digital engagement.

• B2B communication for concept/trend based product initiation and development. • Supply chain planning with local and/or international suppliers for raw materials. • Transition of approved product from development and sampling stage into bulk manufacturing. • Ensuring customer relationships with smooth information flow and adherence to timelines. Also represented the company at international exhibitions for new product display and customer acquisition.
