In this position I promote quality and performance improvement initiatives across the organization and supervise the program of continual improvement of products and services. My responsibilities include the evaluation of product specifications and customer requirements, and I also ensure that we comply with national and international standards while taking into account environmental and health and safety standards.

My main responsibility was to ensure effective communication and efficient work processes between the senior officers and the CEO. I organised and coordinated meetings, travel and events. In addition I maintained close communication with ThyssenKrupp AG Germany and the other subsidiaries, translated documents and memos and communicated with the media and the general public. I joined the Quality Management team and served as the Antitrust and Compliance Coordinator from 2013.
