• To Generate Leads using social media tools, cold calls & customer database. • To Prepare Sales Presentation (Revenue, volume, GP, PC, EBIT) in line with agreed budget and development target for all product categories. • To Drive new business growth across all facets of the business in line with the sales targets/budgets set by the Management. • To Develop, implement, monitor and adjust a sales strategy and processes to support the efficient and effective achievement of commercial objectives.

• To Handle the customer base of Americas, EU and Middle east. • To carry out Market research activity to identify new business opportunities in the South India region. • To Drive new business growth across all facets of the business in line with the sales targets/budgets set by the Management. • Constant communication with new customers, customer support and the Operations departments about relevant policies and customer expectations.

• Lead the development of various products (Pharmaceutical containers) in co-ordination with production and QC. • Responsible for making Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the various operations involved in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO18001 and ISO15378. • Resolving technical issues through Root cause analysis and SPS technique by providing technical support/data internally as well as externally.
