Manage the transport teams for all regional distribution center cluster activities in EMEA (West, North, Central Eastern Europe and Emerging Market). Own the transactional services team and lead the transport center of excellence (COE) for the region. Create best-in-class procurement capabilities and spend management approaches for the region ($150M) covering ~2m shipments/ year. I have 15 reporting teams which are distributed across Europe, Middle East and India.

Responsible for two facilities production and logistics planning activities. Also responsible for outbound sales (commercial and inhouse prod.) planning organizations. SAP PP Team Lead.

Responsible Manager for Logistics, Export and Import organizations, Performing supplier audits, SAP team leader for intercompany sales, inventory management, painting facility and material management. Create/study layout for 11.800 square meter outdoor and add. indoor wh location. Create processes for material handling flow. Assigning the logistics provider and customs broker. Establishing communication/coordination for the governmental issues such as type approval, investment incentive,..etc

Attend SAP Project as key user for MM and PP. Create "Advanced PC&L" function in cooperation with division France. Apply/participate lean and kaizen internal (delphi site İzmir-LR-Blois) and external (APICS-Paris) trainings. Supply Chain Management for A customer such as Daimler Benz Stuttgart,PSA Tremery, Kia,ssang yong. etc. Shopfloor and (direct-indirect) supplier scheduling, Prod Planning&control, Outbound activities organization (consignment stock for Daimler and PSA).

Responsible for direct materials and change management(revision coordination).Get internal trainings for Daimler own ERP system, responsible for maintanance and improvement for the planning parameters. Logisticsof the right part at right place with the right quality for 1500 pcs different part and procurement from apprx. 100 different European suppliers.
