Collecting business and legal requirements for developing and extending of Information Systems in areas like fraud detection, electronic exchange of data and documents, archiving.

•Management of partnership Agreement with Software and Hardware producers (HP Software Gold Partner, Microsoft Certified Partner, vmWare Certified Partner, Symantec Partner, CISCO Partner) •Project Financing (negotiate operational and financial leasing agreements ) •Business development and enterprise customer account management •Technical Architecture development for complex information system implementation •Information Security Management ISO27001 internal implementation

•Coordination of IT Infrastructure, HelpDesk and Administration Department (geographically dispersed team of people located in Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Georgia, Serbia, Moldova) •Relationship management for internal business customers •Contract & Budget management (managing an Euro 12 Million operational budget) •Project management; Development and implementation for infrastructure projects (managing an Euro 20 Million CAPEX budget);
