MEMS Process Development Engineer
Robert Bosch GmbH
My responsibility at the Sensor Technology Center was the process development for a new product family. Main part of this work was the definition of the full process flow based on existing and new semiconductor process steps. In addition new sets of design and layout rules were implemented to support other departments of the development team. Keeping track of milestones and quality goals was essential for the progress of the overall project.
