-Overarching Program Lead for the SEPA payments regulation, achieving full legal compliance at legal due date on all Santander Business lines and operations (Mobility, Durables, Direct Loans, Cards & Accounts) for both Santander Brands in Germany (SCB & SB) -Turned around a failing project on decommissioning the obsolescent Core Banking System which had a mandate and due date from BaFin regulator -Reported to Executive Committees and Corporate Committees on Projects and Portfolio situation and progress
