As a lead member if the Talent Acquisition team for the EMEA region, this role worked across all areas of the business. Managing all senior level, sales, client services, pre-sales alliances and marketing hiring, plus EdgeVerve recruitment across the region.

Worked at every stage of the recruitment process, including; account / client management, building new business, head-hunting, screening candidates and ad writing. Team Leader and mentor to junior members of the IT recruitment team.

Joined Anson McCade as Junior Consultant and soon climbed the ladder as the number of placements grew. Worked the UK market for Architect for IT Consultancies / Systems Integrators as well as blue chip companies. Both worked with senior recruiters and built and developed my own client base.
