Responsible for transport and warehousing costs controlling, developing personal skills on budgeting and cost controlling , as well as experiencing in KPI definition and variance analysis. Defining the internal reporting system and contributing in developing the corporate one. Responsible for analysis aiming to improve the distribution network and to define the vendor tariff
