-Assistant Gerneral Manager in this new German based Stamping and assembly Plant. -Responsible for production stamping and assembly, maintenance, tool maintenanace and in house tool build. -Large and medium size press parts and assemblies with sales of 30,000,000USD to VW Puebla. -Responsible for the launch of the, A7 Golf and Variant, and the on time delivery of class 1 parts. -Excellent Liason with customer through all stages of preproductions until product buy off.

-Technical Director in charge of in house new tool builds, new projects, tool sourcing for all Benteler plants in Mexico and all tool maintenance. -Increased tooling sales from $3,000,000USD to $9,000,000USD in a one year period. -$800,000USD saving through head count reduction. -Buit the first one shot hot form and trim die within the wold wide Benteler group. -Reduced tooling down time in productions by 50%, over 1,500 dies in production. -Customer base; VW, GM, Nissan, Chrysler and BMW.
