Responsible for Sales Training operation in Rest of Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh State. Managed team of 270 SFA and one Junior Trainer. - Increased & maintained healthy Share of Premium Product in MBC, NR, RCS channel - Supported Sales team to expand distribution market in ROM & MP - Planned DSLR Seminar for Pre & Post customers to enhance camera & accessories business.
