Globally responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for DYNSIM, which is the basis for the Operator Training Simulation business. (Invensys was acquired by Schneider Electric in 2013. The software business of Schneider Electric merged with AVEVA in 2018)

Leading two sales teams of 14 people to sell software and related services in the process industry in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Applications range from process simulation software to operator training simulators to HMI software to system integration software for control automation applications.

As the Head of Technical Sales Consultants I am in charge of a group of technical experts supporting our sales force in Europe to develop the business with the sales force. At the same time I am responsible for the sales in the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region for the Advanced Applications portfolio of IOM covering process simulation software, advanced process control, on-line optimization, off-sites solutions for refineries, asset management as well as mobile solutions.

Supporting the sales team in the EMEA region during the project acquisition by leading the technical discussions and supporting the customer to understand the value of the solution.

Technical support, sales and marketing support and project execution of model-based process design and optimisation projects for customers world-wide.

Process control and optimisation projects for chemical, polymer, and pharmaceutical plants. Special focus on batch processes.Development of applications in advanced process control for chemical processes.
