Rule Management Executive Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) Autonomous Mobility and Safety (AMS) Continental's business unit Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is focusing on the future of autonomous automobiles and the future way of driving. Together with my teams Quality Management System and Software Quality, I drive the development of processes to meet our customer needs and support our distributed development teams at more than 18 locations around the world.

As Lean and Agile Manager for Continental's Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) business unit, I initiate, manage and drive improvement activities to reduce unnecessary waste along the entire value chain. A strong focus here relates to structured problem solving for our central teams at headquarters and the product development teams spread across 18 locations worldwide.

Automotive Driver Assistance Systems GmbH Process Manager, QMS, Product Lifecycle PLC As Business Process Manager and Lessons Learned Manager, I create intelligent and continuous development loops to rethink and improve our business processes and support our distributed product development teams in over 18 locations worldwide.

As process manager of the central development I am responsible for the process landscape and initiate and coordinate process improvements. Focusing on coaching for the international project management team at 4 locations I support and monitor gates and installed a multi-project controlling (KPIs, gates, strategy, lessons learned, development guidelines, Lean PEP) as PMT.

As a consultant for an supplier of solutions for the management of the product development process in the automotive industry, I worked for BMW AG development E/E as Project- and Processmanager (internal and external teams for the development of safety-relevant technologies and their implementation in business processes). Assignments at other supplier companies such as ZF Friedrichshafen for project management introduction at hybrid drives followed.

As sub-project manager of a research project of the BMWi for the development of innovative new products of the construction industry for thermal insulation and transmission of heat, I managed the cooperation of industrial partners (Webasto, Knauf), financial sponsors and scientific research partners and developed new product ideas and concept studies for innovative Phase Change Materials.
