· Oversees and monitor all Boluda Europe financials and ensure proper consolidation of reporting entities in Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, UK, and Malta. · Delivered planning and P&L variance analysis for Sports products on time in full, in accordance with reporting calendar. Contributed with commentary on key findings and deviations for presentations to Management Team. · Worked closely with Sales and Operations departments on preparation and review of yearly and quarterly plans. Prepared Consumer BU annual budget and Long-term Financial Models. Presented key highlights and changes versus prior year to BU VP Finance.

· Identified and diagnosed key issues on supply chain processes and expenses for Russia and Latin America regions. Analyzed and found €3m saving opportunities on 2015’s EBITDA. Designed analytics to identify future potential financial benefits. · Developed and maintained dynamic database for intercompany imports financials including products’ costs, markups, and logistics charges among affiliates. Liaised with regions’ Financial Manager on business cases validation.

· Developed robust process to consolidate regional financial and commercial monthly forecasts and annual plans. Conducted quantitative analysis on foreign exchange rates and marketing campaigns’ results. · Designed and executed monthly analytics on regional revenue and profit margin per country and product type. Partnered with regional CFO to identify main deviations and prepare internal management reports for distribution to C-suite leadership and budget owners.
